Ted is a senior leader with over 30 years of experience and education in health care policy, business analysis, project management, and analytics. He has demonstrated success in leading public and private organizations to accomplish complex goals, and works effectively across organizational boundaries.
Ted holds a Master of Science (SM) in Public Health from the Harvard School of Public Health and earned his undergraduate degree at Stanford University.
